MONEY MATTERS

We understand that managing your dental expenses can be stressful, which is why we are here to help make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you have received dental services from us and need to make a payment, we offer a 60-day payment plan to help you manage the cost of your treatment. Our friendly account staff is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
 

Payments can be made by cash, credit or debit card of through electronic bank transfer.
 

PLEASE NOTE
If you choose to settle your account immediately with us, you will receive a 12% discount on dental
fees (Laboratory work not included). We do not have any agreement with Medical Schemes. We can however claim once via EDI on your behalf.


If you have any questions or need assistance with your payment, our account staff is always
available to help. You can reach us by phone, email, or in person at our office.

CANCELATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT NOT KEPT

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled dental appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 

Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and provide quality care to all of our patients. When you make an appointment with us, we
reserve a specific time slot for you, which means that other patients may not be able to receive treatment during that time if you cancel or reschedule at the last minute.

 

If you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of your cancellation, we may charge you a missed appointment fee. This fee is not meant to be punitive, but rather to cover the cost of the time lost and the impact it has on our schedule.
 

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we kindly ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
